Sweat of surubí – Pando

Made with fillets of catfish, butter, tomatoes, cloves of garlic, parsley, thyme, Verbena, chives, and onions.

Ingredients

– 6 fillets of white fish meal required amount.
– 6 tablespoons oil.
– 1 Onion cut into slices
– 2 peeled tomatoes, cut in slices .
– 1 teaspoon mashed garlic.
– 1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro.
– 1 tablespoon chopped parsley.
– 4 tablespoons dry white wine.
-Juice of lemon to taste.
-Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation

Season the fillets with salt and pepper, flour them and fry them in 4 tablespoons hot oil.
