Sascachi Natural Viewpoint – Peace
The Sascachi viewpoint is located in the community of the same name, near the road that connects with the town of Collana approximately 10 kilometers from Collana. The hill has an elevation higher than 30 metros, It stands imposingly on the high plateau and is part of the Aymara symbolic world., considered guardian of communities; of animals and natural resources.
This rocky location has a high tourist potential due to its geological formation and is a natural space for visualization and representation of the territory., since from its heights you can observe the surroundings. Neighboring communities, the capital of the municipality of Collan, the surrounding municipality of Colquencha and the La Paz – Oruro highway.
To approach the attraction you must request permission from the community members.. The advisable season to visit is during the dry season., which extends between the months of May to September.
