Flags Square – Cochabamba
The Plaza de las Banderas is located between the end of Av. Ballivian, also known as El Prado, and the Cala-Cala bridge, This square represents the union of the American peoples, wearing the flags of each of them. It also has the Carlos Montenegro fountain that represents “Diversity in balance.”, by the Bolivian artist Andrés Gavilano.
