Surubí sweat – Pando

Made with surubí fillets, butter, tomatoes, garlic cloves, parsley, thyme, lemon verbena, chives and onions.

Because El Sudado is one of the healthiest ways to prepare fish and has many variations.

Ingredients

– 6 white fish fillets flour necessary amount.
– 6 tablespoons of oil.
– 1 onion cut into slices
– 2 peeled tomatoes, cut into slices .
– 1 teaspoon of ground garlic.
– 1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro.
– 1 tablespoon chopped parsley.
– 4 tablespoons dry white wine.
– Lemon juice to taste.
– Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation

Season the fillets with pepper and salt., dust them with flour and fry them in 4 tablespoons of hot oil.
Heat the remaining oil, fry the onion and garlic. Arrange the fillet on top, sprinkle the coriander and parsley. Pour the lemon juice, the wine and place the tomatoes. let it boil covered over low heat for a few minutes.
Serve immediately.
